The THERAMIN Project Conference will be held on 4-5 February 2020 in Manchester, UK.

The EC project theramin (thermal treatment for radioactive waste minimisation and hazard reduction) will host a conference to share the results of the project and other recent developments in the field of thermal treatment of radioactive waste.

There will be a networking reception and conference dinner at the Manchester Conference Centre, as well as an optional visit to the Immobilisation Science Laboratory at the University of Sheffield on 6 February 2020 (limited spaces – to be booked on registration).

Registration

Registration is open until 20 December. Registration costs £150, with fees waived for Project participants.

A limited number of free places are available for students and some EC funding is available to help cover travel expenses for students, early career researchers or others unable to access alternative sources of funding. This is awarded on a first come, first served basis. To apply, please return a completed application form to Neil Hyatt (n.c.hyatt@sheffield.ac.uk) by 20 December.
